Case studies

setting up and using pipelines of analyses in machine-learning

Through hands-on training, participants learned the practical foundations of machine learning analyses in order to use their genomic and geographic data to meet their specific needs. The Genovalia team developed analysis pipelines, offered a high-performance computing environment and supported participants in the analysis of their data during weekly 3-hours training sessions during 4 weeks. Support is always offered afterwards to support the finalization of the analysis work.
