Julien Prunier

Biologist and bioinformatician, Julien trained in forest tree genomics (Ph.D.) where he studied different types of genomic variants associated with climate and performance traits using bioinformatics tools. He progressed to a full position in bioinformatics where he gained experience in animal genetic selection and complex modeling. He now works at the interface of bioinformatics and machine learning with the AI ​​experts at the IID and supervises data analyses and provides training in genomics and machine learning analyses.
